Driver Requirements

Applicants must have:

✅ Smartphone with GPS & Mobile Data
✅ Clean Driving Record
✅ Professional Communication Skills
✅ Drug-Free Status
✅ Professional Appearance & Hygiene

Drivers must present themselves professionally at all times.

No sweatpants, inappropriate clothing, or unprofessional appearance is permitted during pickups or deliveries.

Applicants must:

✅ Have no serious criminal history
✅ Maintain a clean driving history
✅ Follow all safety and confidentiality procedures

Only the registered and approved driver is permitted to:

Pick up deliveries

Transport packages

Complete deliveries

Deliveries may not be transferred to another person.

Mobile App & Documentation Requirements

All deliveries must be completed using the Trusted-Express mobile application.

Drivers are required to:

Follow pickup & delivery instructions in the app

Complete digital documentation

Record required delivery information

Upload photos when requested

Complete chain-of-custody procedures

Record temperature information when applicable

Obtain required signatures

Accurate documentation is mandatory for every delivery.

Equipment & Temperature-Control Standards

Approved drivers may be provided with:

Refrigerated transport bags

Frozen transport containers

Specialty delivery equipment

These items are mandatory for applicable deliveries and must be used according to Trusted-Express procedures.

All company-issued equipment remains property of Trusted-Express LLC and must be returned if the driver is no longer active with the company.
